Sophia Bush = Amazing
The One Tree Hill Star went to her blog to oppose an “Eat Less” shirt that Urban Outfitters sold online and is still currently selling in stores. Ladies, this goes against everything we stand for. Despite the images we are constantly surrounded by of celebrities and socialites who are all size zero and always happen to look flawlessly perfect we need to keep in mind that they are also surrounded by fitness experts, trainers, nutritionists, and personal chefs. Needless to say, we need to be healthy for us, for each person as an individual. Most important is that we be comfortable with our own bodies and in our own skin. Kudos to Sophia Bush for standing up for what she believes. Size zero is right for you if that is your size but not if you have to starve yourself or go to great lengths to be that size. On One Tree Hill Sophia Bush plays a fashion designer and her motto is “Zero is not a Size”. Sophia blogs about the t-shirt and Urban Outfitters saying this “To promote starvation? To promote anorexia, which leads to heart disease, bone density loss, and a slew of other health problems, not least of all psychological issues that NEVER go away? Shame on you” Bush also went on to say that she would no longer be shopping at Urban Outfitter stores and was encouraging all of her supporters to do the same. The take home message ladies, No matter what size you are, you are beautiful. It’s about being comfortable in your skin. Keep on rockin and always do YOU!

Hello World I'm Your Wild Girl . . . I'm Your Ch Ch Ch Cherry Bomb
Style from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s will never be extinct. Every year, whether it is in the fall or spring, a new piece is reinvented. This summer, it was clogs, before that leggings, high waisted pants, bell bottoms, etc etc. My inspiration today comes from the newly released movie, The Runaways. In the movie, Kristen Stewart plays Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning plays Cherie Currie. The Runaways fame rose in the 70’s when fashion was your own interpretation. These ladies prove that being confident trumps wearing designer duds. Plus, this fall be looking out for The Runaways influence in fashion.
And black converse <3 are ALWAYS in

You Know That We Are Living In A Material World ....
The Material Girl and her daughter Lourdes are creating a line for Macy’s. The name of the line is … but of course… Material Girl and although the line was inspired by Madonna, the creative direction comes mostly from Lourdes. Most of the fashion has an 80’s vibe but will include everything from clothes to accessories to footwear and the items will range from $12-$40. I’m interested to see exactly what direction Lourdes is going to take this. Lourdes has always been playing around with fashion and her signature… at least I think… are her black Doc Martins that she wears with jeans, skirts, shorts.

Another famous celebrity that is coming out with her own fashion line . . . Britney Spears. Britney is collaborating with Candies and her line will be sold in Kohl’s stores. Her price point is a little bit higher than the Material Girl line, prices will range from $14 to $58. Britney is said to have designed the pieces herself and they include dresses, skirts, and tops. I don’t believe she is featuring any accessories or shoes. I’m not as excited about this line as I am about Madonna and Lourdes but we will have to wait and see ! !
